We are a community-led conference, dedicated to spreading learning in Agile and Lean to the Irish and international community.
On April 23rd-26th 2019, we returned to Croke Park, Dublin’s most historic venue, for our 3rd annual conference. This event featured the cream of International and Irish speakers, with a mix of talks, workshops, coaches clinic and lightning talks. We heard stories – from the likes of Barry O’Reilly, Mary Poppendieck, John Cutler, Geoff Watts, Dan North and many fantastic speakers in our community – of how to achieve success and rise to the top through learning from adversity.
Our goal as a community is to help grow knowledge for: Leaders, Agile/Lean Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Project Managers, UX Designers, Developers, Testers, and those working outside software development areas, such as HR and Marketing.
Here's a taste of what happened at our 2019 event. ALI2020 is set to be even bigger and better!
“Great conference! Super-engaged participants, and lots of interesting conversations between the sessions.”
– Henrik Kniberg (ALI2018 keynote speaker)
“Insightful, educational, and very enjoyable. I always look forward to ALI events, and especially the conferences (I haven’t missed one yet).”
– Dave Albert (ALI2018 attendee, CTO at Medit)
“Overall ALI was an extremely well put together conference. I learned something from every talk I attended and the delegates were smart and curious which provided for fascinating hallway conversation as well. I highly recommend this event and hope to speak there again soon.”
– Jeff Gothelf (ALI2018 keynote speaker)
