Open Dialogue: Encourage open discussions and diverse viewpoints. However, always express disagreements constructively and avoid personal attacks. Always apply positive regard – benefits of the doubt when facing a conflict.

Report Concerns: If you encounter any violations of this code, report them to the ALI Core Team immediately.
Our Community is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. If an individual engages in harassing behaviour, the Community Members may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the Community.
