Thank you for your participation at our Agile-Lean Ireland conference as a speaker. Without your passion for what you do and your desire to share your experiences, our event would simply not exist. We aim to make your welcome as warm as possible – whether you are a locally based speaker, or travelling from the other side of the globe, we want you to feel part of the ALI community as soon as you step foot in our venue.

We’ve put together this page to help you prepare for the event. A “what to expect” guide, if you like. How do I get from Dublin airport? Will there be food and drinks on the days? What do I need to prepare for A/V? 

Getting to Croke Park & where to stay

Ful directions to our venue via all the different transport options are available on our Location page. There is also free parking available – the map for where that is is also on that page. Finally, if you’re looking for a hotel, you can just log in to your account where your speakers ticket is, and our special group rates for local hotels are available to you there. 

Speakers ticket

Every speaker should have received their complimentary ALI2019 ticket. If you did not receive this, please email events@agileleanireland.org. You will need to bring your ticket along with you on the first day.

When you arrive at the venue

Please ensure to bring your speakers ticket with you. You will be greeted by our registration team for registration. From there, you will be directed to our Speakers Room, where you can meet all of the other speakers. The room can be used to review your presentation or just relax. This room will be available to you throughout the 2 days. Our team will also be on hand to help.

A/V information for your talk

EDIT 06/04/2019: We have been advised by our A/V provider that speakers need to provide their slides. Look out for further info coming via email about this.

Friends & colleagues discount

As a little way of saying thank you, we would like to offer you a 5% off discount link for your friends and colleagues. We hope they will be encouraged to come see you speak and learn from the community.
