Agile Transformation Coach at J.P. Morgan
Dominique Tan is an Agile Transformation/ Organisational Development Coach at JP Morgan Chase & Co – driving transformation initiatives across Global Technology Infrastructure: an 8,000 person organisation. She coaches software development teams, senior management (CIO/CIO-1/CIO-2) and change agents across a number of dimensions including customer experience, culture, leadership, technical best practice, product discovery, OKRs and organisational alignment. She is also founder of the global internal transformation change agent network that has grown in active membership by over 15x since its launch: a core change management strategy.
She holds a Masters in Computer Science (University of Bristol), where she published a paper on flexible mobile devices at CHI EA ’15 (ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems), and previously worked as a UK Computer Science high school teacher (PGCE, University of Southampton). She is currently working towards certification as a Professional Coach at the University of Cambridge. Other certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She hosts regular talks, workshops and meetups internally and was a finalist at this year’s Women in IT Awards (London).
Her hobbies include sailing, diving, travel and trying new restaurants.
