Hybrid work is often seen as an arrangement that captures the benefits of both remote and in-office work. But is it indeed “the best of both worlds”? For example, what happens in a team, when some of your team members work mostly from the office, while others work mostly from home? This talk will explore emerging evidence on the potential challenges of hybrid work. It will help you understand how to manage it better – both if you are an individual employee considering going hybrid or remote, and if you are a leader of a hybrid team.
