Stephen Dowling is the owner & founder of ETM Management Training. He has over 30 years of international business experience spanning many different industry sectors.
Stephen has extensive experience working at a senior level in a number of blue chip companies across the globe including, Grand Metropolitan Brewing, Thomson-Reuters, British Airways, Standard Chartered Bank, Kleinwort Benson, Lehman Brothers, Shell Australia, IBM, Christies and Baxter Healthcare.
For 17 of the last 20 years Stephen worked as a full time project manager successfully delivering many different types of complex projects, the largest being an upgrade of a US$2.3bn ERP system across 16 countries in Europe. This was done for a large pharmaceuticals company and at the time was considered to be the most complex project ever undertaken by the company.
Over the years Stephen has gained a wealth of experience working with many different types of project methodologies, processes, systems and tools. This vast amount of practical experience combined with his formal qualifications in project management & training and assessment has enabled him to build and design “world class” practical programs in project management.
Stephen is recognised as an exceptional workplace facilitator; he has a very easy going, enthusiastic,and engaging style and, through his very extensive working experience, he can help his participants link the theory with everyday working practices.
Currently, Stephen delivers project management courses up to credential level for PMI Melbourne and his rapidly growing corporate client base.
